THE MERCY HOUSE TO CELEBRATE FATHER’S DAY WITH FREE GIFT GIVEAWAY TO DADS IN NEED
What: The Archdiocese of Newark’s Mercy House will celebrate the fathers and families it serves by distributing about 200 bags filled with men’s grooming products, T-shirts, protein drinks, and other items during its first Father’s Day Gift Giveaway at its locations in Elizabeth, Jersey City, and Newark.
Why: The Father’s Day Gift Giveaway is a way for The Mercy House to honor and recognize fathers’ essential roles in families and the community. This initiative reflects The Mercy House’s commitment to family values and appreciation for a father’s love and sacrifices, fostering family unity, and community support in accordance with Catholic teachings.

Who: Cheryl A. Riley, director of The Mercy House, will lead a team of dedicated staff and volunteers to welcome fathers, distribute gift bags, and spread Father’s Day cheer.
