Final Call: Apply For NJ Black Women’s Collective Leadership Institute By Jan. 5

With a Jan. 5 deadline approaching, NJ professionals have limited time to apply for the NJBWC 2026 Leadership Institute launching Feb. 7.

Professionals across New Jersey have less than one week to secure their spot in the New Jersey Black Women’s Collective (NJBWC) 2026 Leadership Institute. With the January 5, 2026, application deadline fast approaching, aspiring executives are urged to act quickly to join the program’s third consecutive cohort.

Launching on February 7, 2026, the five-month intensive program is designed to catapult mid-level managers and supervisors into director and vice president roles. While the Institute’s goal is to create a talent pipeline of Black women leaders, it welcomes participants of any race, gender, or ethnicity.

Last Chance for Executive Training

Participants will undergo 15 curated sessions led by renowned facilitators Melody M. Fogarty and Rita Williams-Bogar through the Mercer County Community College.

The program stands out for its focus on cutting-edge leadership tools, including:

  • Strategies for integrating artificial intelligence into leadership.
  • Advanced financial knowledge to champion company success.
  • Navigating and influencing workplace politics and organizational culture.
  • Targeted skills for nonprofit and corporate productivity.

Program Timeline & Requirements

The Institute runs from February 7 through June 6, 2026. Beyond classroom learning, the cohort will participate in leadership assessments, networking lunches, and panel discussions designed to provide “real-time” solutions to current professional challenges.
