Governor to Speak at African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey

Governor Phil Murphy will be the guest speaker at an African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey gathering on June 12 in Ewing, New Jersey.

The event marks the organization’s Third Annual Juneteenth Black Business Expo.  It will be held at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ, in the Brower Student Center.

“We are pleased with Governor Murphy’s attendance. It is significant to have his participation at the Juneteenth Black Business Expo for the third consecutive year,” said John E. Harmon, Sr., IOM, Founder, President & CEO, AACCNJ.

“The Governor will be joining the AACCNJ to recognize Juneteenth and extend his support for the mission of the AACCNJ as we embark on our 18th year of advocacy and coalescing relationships that strengthen the competitiveness of NJ,” Harmon added.

“Our ultimate goal is to continue to collaborate with the Murphy Administration and the private sector in New Jersey to create a transformational collaboration based on acknowledgment, focus, intentionality, and excellence.”

The organization said, “The Juneteenth Expo provides a forum to highlight African American entrepreneurs from various business sectors along with over fifty corporations, black-owned businesses, community partners, and state agencies, each of which will display their products and services in a transformed exhibit space that incorporates the history of Black Wall Street and black entrepreneurial excellence.”

It listed numerous sponsorship and exhibit opportunities designed to appeal to AACCNJ corporate and member companies that will provide a platform to display their services to a large audience. Visit the website https://www.aaccnj.com.
