Nurse Charged with Criminal Sexual Contact

Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief Eamon Blanchard of the Plainsboro Police Department announced today that an Ewing man has been charged in connection with multiple incidents of sexual contact upon patients while employed at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center.

Several incidents were reported by patients at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center indicating they were inappropriately touched by a male nurse. The investigation led by members of the Plainsboro Police Department and members of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victim’s Unit identified Andre Angus, 39, of Ewing, New Jersey, as the nurse who had inappropriately touched several patients while they were under his care.

On December 11, 2024, Angus was arrested without incident and charged with 3counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact.

As is the case with all criminal defendants, the charges against Angus are merely accusations and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
