Rutgers Athletics saw 114 student-athletes named to the 2022 Fall Academic All-Big Ten listing released Friday. To be eligible, students must be on a varsity team, be enrolled full-time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
Seven programs are recognized on the list, including 41 representatives from football, 20 from men’s soccer, 15 from women’s soccer, 13 from field hockey, 10 from men’s cross country, eight from women’s cross country and seven from volleyball.
Both Rani Abdulaziz (football) and Aidan Flynn (men’s soccer) highlight the honorees with perfect 4.0 GPAs. Hamza Barkouch (men’s cross country), Parker Day (football), Adam Korsak (football), Meagan McClelland (women’s soccer) and Reggie Sutton (football) all merited the status for the fourth time.
