The 8th annual New Jersey Women Business Leaders Forum, powered by NJBIA, took place at Caesars Atlantic City Sept. 28-29.
The two-day event, the largest statewide conference of its kind in New Jersey, featured inspiring executive TED-style talks with leading executives, dynamic breakout sessions to help attendees succeed professionally, extensive networking opportunities, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
The Sept. 28 TED-style talk featured two prominent New Jersey women: Jaynee LaVecchia, a retired New Jersey Supreme Court justice who served on the state’s highest court for over 21 years and is now a partner at McCarter & English; and self-made entrepreneur Marjorie Perry, the CEO of MZM Construction & Management Co., who speaks to women at professional conferences throughout the U.S. on how to successfully navigate shark-filled waters in the world of business.
On Sept. 29, the TED-style talk featured professional insights from Brenda Ross-Dulan, founder and managing principal of The Ross-Dulan Group; Mollie Marcoux Samaan, commissioner of the Ladies Professional Golf Association; Carol Stillwell, president & CEO of Stillwell-Hansen, and Nikki Sumpter, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Atlantic Health System.
