Dear New Jersey, it’s almost time to celebrate and ring in a new year. As much as you love your state, one of the perks about living in this state is being so very close to living in New York City. To that end, I’ve compiled a list of possible places to ring in the new year. You are welcome fam[ily].
Here are a few suggestions to make your search easier. Remember to mask up, wash and sanitize your hands, and drink and celebrate responsibly because, you are in charge of making smart choices that positively impact your life, and others.

- Roaring 20’s Themed New Year’s Eve Celebration with Champagne Toast, Live Big Band, Dancing and Views of Times Square Ball Drop & Central Park Fireworks – Available at Redeye Grill, located across from Carnegie Hall and within the Fireman Hospitality Group portfolio, New Year’s Eve revelers will be available to ring in 2022 with a roaring 20’s themed celebration, complete with live tunes performed by the 16-piece band GRAMMY Award Winner Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks (who also performs regularly at Bond 45 on Monday and Tuesday nights.) Last week, surprise celebrity guests Molly Ringwald and Michael Feinstein made a performance with Vince too as reported by Page Six. The celebratory evening will also be complete with a five-course prix-fixe menu, a Champagne Toast at midnight, and views of the Times Square ball drop and Central Park’s fireworks. - Bond 45 in the heart of Times Square will also have its own New Year’s Eve celebration if revelers prefer to be in the middle of the Crossroads of the World. The evening will include live entertainment, open bar, a five-course Italian feast, and a private escort to view the LIVE ball drop in Times Square. $700 per person. Located at 221 West 46th Street, Bond 45 is a New York Italian kitchen and bar originally located in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977) and is best known for its antipasto bar with a rotating selection of market vegetables and an expansive menu with specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day. https://www.bond45ny.com/
- Rooftop New Year’s Eve Experience at VERSA Rooftop & Bar – Backal Hospitality Group will host a New Year’s Eve celebration at VERSA Rooftop & Restaurant, located in the Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel steps from Madison Square Garden and with views of the Empire State Building. The 8,000 square-foot rooftop with both indoor and outdoor space will feature passed hors d’oeuvres, party favors, midnight toast, and music by DJ PHRESH. Cocktail attire required.
